Our clinics are well-equipped, spacious and modern. We have a highly trained team, with clinicians who have completed post-graduate qualifications.
This means we can provide excellent care in-house. When referral to specialist clinicians is appropriate we have good relationships with a variety of centres across the Midlands, South West and Wales.

Our Team
Our team provide care for pets of all ages. From advice on which pet to choose, to end-of-life care, we pride ourselves on being available for our clients. You are welcome to make enquiries via telephone or email in the first instance.

Pet Club
Our pet health plan spreads the cost of essential care for your dog or cat by monthly direct debit.
You can choose ‘Core’ or ‘Comprehensive’ membership. For full details of the benefits please click below.

Consultations
We offer 15-minute appointments throughout the day, with the option of extended slots for more involved cases.
You can book a time online, but if a suitable time isn’t available via that route please call us.

Home Visits
There are circumstances when visiting your pet at home is best. Please contact us via phone or email so we can discuss the situation and we will do our best to accommodate what’s right for you and your pet.

Parking & Accessibility
We have onsite car-parking at both our clinics. Our Hay clinic has step-free access. There is a small step into our Talgarth clinic. We do all we can to ensure our practice is fully accessible. If you feel it would be helpful to discuss access to the practice in advance of your visit, please call or email.

Repeat Prescriptions
You can request a repeat prescription for your pet. Please give at least 48-hours’ notice. We can only provide prescriptions if your pet is ‘under our care’, this means that we should have examined your pet recently. The frequency of these check-ups will vary according to your pet’s condition, and will be determined by one of our vets.

We are ISFM accredited ‘cat friendly’ – reaching the GOLD standard in Hay and BRONZE in Talgarth!
