What do you love most about your job? 

After 26-years in practice I still enjoy day to day consulting and routine surgery. The job provides endless variety and characters who continue to entertain and educate me! 

How did you end up working in vet practice? 

I always wanted to be a vet and after qualifying from Bristol University in 1995 I drove up the Golden Valley and thought this looked like a lovely place to live. I was right and haven’t moved far since that time. 

What animals do you keep at home? 

I currently have two dogs, four cats, 10 rescue (and quite bald still!) chickens and 6 ducks.
